This jam is made just with fruit and chia seeds, meaning it is incredibly tasty and packed full of nutrients with no added sugar. Chia seeds are a great source of protein, omega-3 and fiber, so your body will thank you for choosing this over the shop bought varieties. As there are so few ingredients this jam is also both dairy free and suitable for vegans, so also perfect for those of us who cant eat dairy. This jam goes perfectly in my Dairy Free Jammy Dogders
